Stoicism

The Stoics taught that virtue is the sole good, that we must distinguish what is in our control from what is not, and that the universe is pervaded by a rational principle (Logos). Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, and Seneca remain among humanity's greatest practical philosophers.
